•        Description of Work: In this project, our guys did a metal roof repair technique called a metal roof recover. In this process we leave the existing metal roof in place and recover it with a standing seam roofing panel called the 238 T. The 238 T metal roof overlay system has been designed to recover existing metal roofs by use a high clip. The high clip sets the new metal roof above the existing roof's profile and is screwed down into the purling below. This is quick and clean way to recover a leaking metal roof, It also saves money by not removing the existing roofing or exposing the building and its people/contents to the weather. As you can see in the video we rolled formed the metal right on site so we use full length panels and we also fabricated new 7" commercial gutters.
