Description of Work: Before any new flat roofing membrane could be installed to the new building, two layers of roofing insulation was mechanically installed for R-30 value. Next came rolling out the PVC membrane which required precise welding and maneuvering due to large vents and roof fixtures. Lastly, came the final touch ups of coping and touch-up welding, leaving the building with clean & durable protection that lasts!
