• Description of Work: This was a great job for Exterior Pro Roofing. This historic home showscased three of our core talents:
  • Shingle Roof Repair
  • Flat Roof Repair
  • and Box Gutter Liner.

                We removed the old broken slate and proceeded to replace it with a designer shingle that held the                              appearance of slate as to best retain the historic vibe. Then we replaced the upper section of flat roofing                    and constructed a new custom box gutter liner along with new metal trim.
