PVC overlay: We work with the Duro-Last commercial roofing system, which uses prefabricated sheets and accessories to support a more efficient installation process. The Duro-Last system can be used with many types of roofs, including commercial metal roofs.
Metal over metal with roof hugger: For some low-slope commercial metal roofs, we can complete a flat roof reroof by fastening engineered supports to the existing panels and attaching a new standing seam system. Depending on the existing roof profile, this approach may support different standing seam overlay options.
Metal over metal with high clips: This option uses high clips to attach new metal panels over the existing roof system. It may cost less than a roof hugger system, but it only works with specific standing seam profiles, which our team can confirm during your evaluation.
