When the Kinman’s roof sustained hail and wind damage from spring storms they began to interview potential roofing contractors to discuss pricing and the scope of work to be preformed. Exterior Pro Inc. was invited to quote the project which included the replacement of the old roof shingles with new dimensional or architectural shingles, the installation of new vinyl soffits and fascia metal to cover eves, and replacement of Aluminum guttering and downspouts.
After considering their options and the different roofing companies they accepted quotes from, the Kinman’s felt that Exterior Pro was a good fit for their project. Together the couple choose the new shingle roof color and decided to keep the soffits, fascia and guttering white.
The entire project was set up to be completed in 6 working days. The plan was to start at the top and work down, so we began on the roof. Our Crews removed and replaced more than half of the house the first day and completed the shingle roofing as well as flashing the chimney and removed the old guttering on the second day.
The next step was to installing the new vinyl soffits and fascia on house. Several guys on our crew began to measure, cut, and install the new soffits while another team member began to use a metal break to bend coil stock to cover the fascia board.
The new seamless gutters and downspouts were to only thing left to install. We hung the new 5” aluminum seamless guttering and did a walk through, tying up any loose ends. The crew clean up the ground and loaded up the tools and ladders. Another successful job by Exterior Pro Inc, the Kinman’s job was completed without any hang up- and on time and budget.
