Aaron Perry, was introduced to construction in the form of a carpentry class then later a building trades program in high school. Job opportunities quickly arose, and for the next several years Aaron worked as a framing carpenter and sub-contractor for many prominent general contractors in Southern Indiana. Identifying problem trends that seemed to plague even the best of contractors, such as lack of a business model, poor customer service, unclear communication and budget mishaps, Aaron resolved to not make the same mistakes. So in 2001 he set out to build the company he envisioned with one employee, one old truck, and a lot of drive.
